Return Policy

Lyalek Trading offers 30-day return policy on all non-perishable items. If you want to return the item, please, send us an email to proceed with the refund. 

Cancelation Policy

• Once the item was shipped, you cannot cancel your order: standard return policy applies.

Damaged Items

• When the item is delivered to you, please, inspect it. If there is any damage, notify us within 24 hours from the receipt of the product.

Food Items

• If you want to return food, non-perishable items, please, notify us within 48 hours. 
• To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as you receive it. 

Refunds

• Once we receive the item back from you, you will receive an email. When it is approved, you will receive refund. 
• Refunds usually take 3-5 business days for the bank processing time. 

Final Sale

• If the item is marked as Final Sale or Clearance, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded.
