Payment and Shipping Policy

Free shipping

  • You may get Free Shipping if your order total is over $99. Free Shipping applies only to continental US states, residential addresses, and Ground/Standard shipping method. Coupon Discount can not be combined to receive free shipping. 
  • Free Shipping can not be applied to perishable items. During the summer months(May 1- Sept 30), your order must be shipped only using EXPRESS services: Second Day/Overnight. 

Order processing and shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping carriers depending on the destination and products you order. If the item is perishable, we recommend choosing 2nd Day or Overnight service.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  Orders placed after 12 pm will begin processing the next business day.
  • If an item is out of stock during processing, we'll contact you as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.
  • We deliver to all addresses, including P.O. Box. 

Please, use the following map for estimated transit time for UPS and FedEx services. Ground shipping may take up to 6 business days regardless of destination. Transit time can increase due to weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once you package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent on the email address you've provide during registration. 

Placing and receiving an order

  • When the order is placed, and when it is shipped out, you will receive email notification. 
  • We don’t take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds will be issued for the shipping cost. And, additionally, a restocking fee up to 20% of the total cost may be applied.
  • When received, please check the package. If it is damaged, please provide pictures and send them to the shipping carrier for further investigation.
  • All claims regarding your order must be submitted via e-mail within 24 hours upon receiving the package.
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays due to weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances.
  • You may always check the status of an order in your account on the website. The tracking number might not be available within 24 hours.
